Lesson Powerpoints

A cover slide, with the standard. 

You can have a student read this to the class to begin the lesson.

A do-now/bell-ringer

• A review of a very low-level pre-requisite skill needed for that day's lesson; or
• An introduction to a new skill with example.

If applicable, PowerPoints will contain vocabulary and definitions. 

Usually for the standards at the start of a unit.

"Things to Remember" and/or Steps will be summarized prior to beginning the examples. 

I like to have students glue these into their notebooks.

Examples/Guided Practice problems are color-coded and fully animated. Go to the board only when/if you want to!
